Democracy Party (DEP) has been caught.<br />
Police officIais revealed late Monday that the<br />
suspected killer of Sincar and of a local DEP official<br />
M<strong>et</strong>in Oz<strong>de</strong>rnir was arrested in the southeastern<br />
town of Batman. A high ranking police source was<br />
