«Située à l’angle majeur d’un
quartier en cours d’achèvement,
la résidence souligne avec
aplomb une perspective urbaine.
Le bâtiment se décline en trois
édifices aux formes hétéroclites,
ceinturés par un soubassement
commun. Ce soubassement
continu, composé de lames de
métal alternant pleins et claires-voies,
contribue également
à affirmer le caractère urbain et
structuré du lieu tout en entretenant
la fluidité du rez-de-chaussée.
Cette transparence filtrée
offre deux jardins au regard des
passants.»

«The project consists of three
autonomous buildings that
are linked by a set of external
staircases and garden voids as
transitional zones.
Characterized by a graphic facade
treatment composed of
alternating metal plates, the
residence serves as a visual
landmark within the city’s urban
makeup.
At ground level, a rhythmic partition
of vertical slates provides
a fence-like effect that creates
a permeable interface between
the street and the interior. the
main entrance and lobby area
benefits from this transparent
skin, allowing filtered light to
penetrate through.»
