CAS CLINIQUE N°1 Enfant de 8 mois amenée par sa maman pour fièvre 38,5°C depuis cette nuit et toux. A l’examen clinique : Bon tonus, BEG, eupnéique, auscultation cardiopulmonaire normale, pas de sd méningé. Pharyngite, rhinorrhée antérieure et postérieure claire. Tympan gauche normal, tympan droit ci contre ->
1. Quel est votre diagnostic ? CAS CLINIQUE N°1 Rhinopharyngite associée à une otite moyenne aigue congestive droite (rougeur et hypervascularisation du tympan) 2. Quelle est votre prise en charge ? DRP au sérum physiologique Antipyrétique type paracétamol 1 dose-kg toutes les 6 heures si douleurs ou fièvre. PAS D’AINS ni de CORTICOIDES. PAS D’ANTIBIOTIQUES.
