Sémiologie s’opposant aux spondylodiscites à pyogènes:<br />
o Macrogéo<strong>de</strong>s en miroir <strong>de</strong>s p<strong>la</strong>teaux vertébraux (vs micro-érosions aléatoires)<br />
o Ostéocon<strong>de</strong>nsation périphérique (souvent peu marquée liée à <strong>la</strong> vitesse <strong>de</strong> progression<br />
lente..)<br />
o Atteinte discale tardive.<br />
o Un hypersignal T1 au sta<strong>de</strong> chronique serait évocateur<br />
<strong>de</strong> <strong>tuberculose</strong>.
