Atteinte ostéo-articu<strong>la</strong>ire Atteinte rachidienne<br />
• Spondylodiscite = mal <strong>de</strong> Pott<br />
• Spondylite, atteinte <strong>de</strong> l’arc postérieur, atteinte panrachidienne (instabilité ++).<br />
• Le mal <strong>de</strong> Pott représente 40% <strong>de</strong>s spondylodiscites dans le mon<strong>de</strong> (1 ère p<strong>la</strong>ce..)<br />
• Clinique frustre entrainant <strong>de</strong>s révé<strong>la</strong>tions tardives ++<br />
• 65% <strong>de</strong>s patients n’ont pas <strong>de</strong> fièvre<br />
