BEUGELINGSMETHODE - FIXATION: METHODOLOGIE 8.5 Starre installatie d.m.v. vastpuntbeugeling In sommige toepassingen kunnen Akatherm afvoerleidingen ook star worden ingebouwd. Hierbij wordt de lengteverandering van PE niet gecompenseerd. Door de optredende krachten en spanningen zijn de toepassingen begrenst. Deze toepassing wordt niet aanbevolen bij bedrijfstemperaturen van -40°C tot -10°C. Cependant, vu les forces mises en jeu et les contraintes qui en résultent, les applications sont limitées. Ainsi sont exclues les températures de service allant de -40°C à -10°C. Bij het toepassen van deze beugelingsmethode moet rekening worden gehouden met de volgende aspecten: De grootte van de kracht op het vaste punt is afhankelijk van het geprojecteerde oppervlak van de PE buis (diameter en wanddikte). De lengte van de PE buis tussen de vaste punten speelt geen rol. Bij diameterveranderingen moet om deze reden een vastpunt geplaatst worden (voor krachten zie grafiek 8.4 en 8.5). Tussen de vaste punten dienen geleidebeugels geplaatst te worden om het doorknikken van de buis te voorkomen. Voor beugelafstanden zie tabel 8.2. Bij hogere temperaturen wordt deze afstand kleiner, zie tabel 8.1. Voor kleinere diameters verdient het aanbeveling draagschalen toe te passen. De vastpuntbeugels dienen de buis niet te belasten (inkerving in buis). De wandbevestiging moet voldoende zijn om de krachten over te brengen en kanteling te voorkomen. Lors de la mise en oeuvre de cette méthode de fixation, il faut prendre en considération les points suivants: L’importance de la force exercée sur le point fixe dépend de la surface projetée de la tuyauterie (diamètre et épaisseur de paroi). La longueur de la conduite entre deux points fixes ne joue aucun rôle. Pour ces raisons il faut placer un point fixe à chaque changement de diamètre (pour la valeur des forces en présence, cf abaques en grafique 8.4 et 8.5). Il faut placer des colliers coulissants entre les points fixes pour éviter que la tuyauterie ne “serpente”, voire ne se “croque” dans les cas extrêmes. Pour les distances entre colliers, cf tableau 8.2. Plus les températures sont élevées, plus cette distance diminue, cf tableau 8.1. Pour les plus petits diamètres, nous vous conseillons l’utilisation de goulottes de suspension. Les colliers fixes ne doivent pas exercer de contrainte sur le tuyau (écrasement, entaille).
