EN CONCLUSION
L’analyse séméiologique en TDM-HR basée sur
l’identification du signe dominant et l’appréciation de la
topographie lésionnelle permet, en confrontation avec les
données cliniques, d’évoquer le diagnostic différentiel des
maladies diffuses le plus adéquat.
