L’analyse séméiologique en TDM-HR basée sur<br />

l’identification du signe dominant et l’appréciation de la<br />

topographie lésionnelle permet, en confrontation avec les<br />

données cliniques, d’évoquer le diagnostic différentiel des<br />

maladies <strong>diffuses</strong> le plus adéquat.<br />
