Leonardo da Vinci Program 2005–2006: e-NOV: Virtual training for young entrepreneurs of<br />

innovating business<br />

eNOV project aims to develop skills and comp<strong>et</strong>ences for young entrepreneurs who come from research<br />

environment or who have innovating business ideas. In order to achieve this goal the project analyzes<br />

the needs in terms of training for young entrepreneurs (students, researchers, specialists under 35)<br />

and off ers a package of training modules that allow the young entrepreneur to be b<strong>et</strong>ter equipped in<br />

business management skills.<br />

Leonardo da Vinci Program 2006–2008: Be Your Own Boss<br />

The project aims to develop a European-wide training framework for persons who wish to start up<br />

their own business. The focus in the project is specifi c on training courses developed for disadvantaged<br />

groups (disabled, women, young people, <strong>et</strong>hnic minorities, and people in rural areas).<br />

Leonardo da Vinci Program 2006–2008: EMPOWER<br />

The aim of the project is to me<strong>et</strong> the learning needs and integration problems of immigrant students<br />

with the diff erent European school capacity to face these socio-cultural problems.<br />

The proposal intends to experiment and innovative approach and a m<strong>et</strong>hod for managing foreign<br />

students, based on the principles and the values of Quality.<br />

Leonardo da Vinci Program 2006–2007: FLOW<br />

The overall objective is to contribute, through awareness, in<strong>formation</strong> and dissemination campaigns,<br />

to the improvement of the unemployment reduction, through the facilitation of the entrance into the<br />

European labour mark<strong>et</strong>.<br />

It promotes innovation, cooperation and (virtual) through transnational partnership. FLOW aims in<br />

particular to maximise the impact of Leonardo projects by disseminating and giving a high profi le to<br />

the impact on preparing European citizens for entering the labour mark<strong>et</strong> through the promotion their<br />

skills and in particular of the mobility and the qualifi cations transparency.<br />
