– Leonardo da Vinci Pilot Project 2000–2003 – European Bank for the Development of Modular<br />

Curricula and Educational Technologies – EMCET de Bank (ITeE – NRI promoter). The project aimed<br />

to create a database offering advisory services and assistance in searching for modular programmes.<br />

The database gives in<strong>formation</strong> on vocational education and training available in Poland and<br />

other European project partner countries.<br />

– PHARE 2000 Project – National Vocational Training System (ITeE – NRI subcontractor). The project<br />

aim was development of continuing education system in Poland including vocational service<br />

quality assurance. The main beneficiary of the project was the Ministry of Economy, Labour and<br />

Social Policy (MGPiPS).<br />

– Socrates-Grundtvig 2 – Modularisation in Adult Education – Experience of the Development<br />

of the European N<strong>et</strong>work – MEA 2004 – 2005 (ITeE-NRI partner). Development of transnational<br />

modular curricula to improve language skills (English) within continuing vocational training.<br />

– Leonardo da Vinci – Motivation of people with lower qualifications for lifelong learning 2003–<br />

2005 (ITeE-NRI partner). This research project aimed to provide in<strong>formation</strong> on how to improve<br />

the participation-rate of people with lower qualifications in continuing vocational education and<br />

training [VET].<br />

– Leonardo da Vinci – Comp<strong>et</strong>ent-Sys-Trainer 2003–2006 (ITeE – NRI partner). Development and<br />

Implementation of a comp<strong>et</strong>ency-based management system for trainers in continuing vocational<br />

education and training (ITeE – partner). The main aim of the project is s<strong>et</strong>ting up a coherent and<br />

practical system of identification and development of comp<strong>et</strong>encies for trainers in continuing<br />

vocational education and training as well as its integration with systems already functioning in<br />

continuing vocational education centres.<br />

– Leonardo da Vinci – Languages for special purposes.<br />

– Vocational Language Training for Truck Drivers – TRUCKSPEAK 2004–2007 (ITeE – NRI partner).<br />

This project aims to improve language skills and comp<strong>et</strong>encies within work-linked vocational<br />

training, promoting employability, mobility of employment and personal development, facilitating<br />

vocational integration and reintegration.<br />

– Leonardo da Vinci – Model for Flexible Industrial Training – MoFIT2 2004 – 2006 (ITeE – NRI<br />

partner). MoFIT2 aims to develop Mechatronics Technician as a recognized occupation throughout<br />

Europe, embedding soft skills using the MoFIT model, facilitating mutual recognition of<br />

qualifications and mobility of labour in the context of LifeLong learning.<br />

– Leonardo da Vinci – Always on the right track 2004–2006 (ITeE – NRI partner). Development<br />

of modular curricula and e-learning platform aiming to improve vocational comp<strong>et</strong>ences of job<br />

counselors.<br />

– Socrates Minerva – European Programme of e-training in data processing and multimedia –<br />

E-FORMINFO 2004–2006 (ITeE – NRI partner). E-learning platform of training courses/degrees in IT<br />

and multimedia available in project partner countries.<br />

– EQUAL – Entrepreneurship in the web – Intern<strong>et</strong> the opportunity for growth of comp<strong>et</strong>itiveness<br />

(2005–2007). ITeE promoter. The project aims to increase the comp<strong>et</strong>itiveness of micro enterprises<br />

using modern IT facilities and thus providing access to professional services and e-learning courses.<br />

The project beneficiaries are the owners of small enterprises representing various sectors of Polish<br />

economy.<br />
