Remarques
Dans notre matériel coexistent les morphes. épineux et partiellement épineux de
CARBONNEL (1990). CARBONNEL et REYMENT (1993) suggèrent la possibilité d'une
action neurosécrétrice sous la dépendance de gènes pour expliquer la désorganisation des
rangées de fossettes en relation avec le développement des tubercules et des épines.
Dimensions: L = 0,52 mm à 0,78 mm; H = 0,29 mm à 0,44 mm.
Répartition dans la région étudiée: Thanétien (P5-P6a)
Keur Yoro, Mbowène Soulèye, Ngolothie.

Casamance: Paléocène.
