EN The Form – Fill – Seal Technology starting from two reels of
material, one of thermoformable plastic film that can be mono
or multi-layer (e.g. PS, PET, PP, PS/EVOH/PE, but not only)
for the container, and one of lid film sealable on the plastic
web, allows producing finished packages that are formed,
filled with product and sealed in a unique process. Different
cutting configurations are applicable according to marketing
requirements.
Compared to the fill and seal technology such process entails
responsibility for the complete production cycle, and makes it
possible to reduce packaging storage costs and at the same
time ensure more reliable hygienic conditions.
FR La technologie Form-Fill-Seal- En partant de deux bobines
de matière, une pour le film plastique thermoformable, qui
peut être du type à une couche ou multicouches (ex. PS,
PET, PP, PS/EVOH/PE et d’autres encore) pour le récipient
et une pour le film du couvercle thermoscellable sur grillage
plastique, cette technologie permet de produire des récipients
finis qui sont moulés, remplis de produit et scellés en un seul
processus. Plusieurs configurations de coupe sont possibles,
en fonction des exigences de commercialisation. Par rapport
à la technologie fill-seal, ce type de technologie comporte un
seul processus pour tout le cycle de production, ce qui permet
de réduire les coûts de stockage des matériaux d’emballage
tout en assurant des conditions d’hygiène plus fiables.

начиная с материалов, намотанных на двух рулонах, один из
которых является термоформовочной пластиковой пленкой,
которая может быть одно- или двухслойной (например, из
материалов PS, PET, PP, PS/EVOH/PE и др.) для формирования
контейнера, и пластиковой запаечной пленки. Эта технология
позволяет за единый технологический процесс сформировать
окончательную упаковку продукта, заполнить ее продуктом и
запаять его. Различные конфигурации при разрезке на блоки
позволяют удовлетворять запросам рынка. По сравнению
с технологией наполнения с последующим запаиванием
этот процесс влечет за собой ответственность за весь
производственный процесс и позволяет снизить расходы
на хранение упаковочных материалов и одновременно
обеспечивает более надежные условия гигиены.
ES La tecnología Form-Fill-Seal – partiendo de dos bobinas de
material, una para la película de plástico termoformable que
puede ser mono o multicapa (por ej. PS, PET, PP, PS/EVOH/
PE y otros) para el contenedor, y otra para la película tapa
termosoldable sobre red plástica, permite producir envases
acabados que son formados, llenados con producto y soldados
en un único proceso. Se pueden aplicar distintas configuraciones
de corte en función de las exigencias de comercialización.
Comparado con la tecnología fill-seal este tipo de
empaquetamiento conlleva que el proceso sea responsable
de todo el ciclo productivo, y permite reducir los costes de
almacenaje de los materiales de embalaje, asegurando al mismo
tiempo las condiciones higiénicas más fiables.
