105. Wales's Lamentation; or an Elegy on the worthy and very much
lamented Mr. Henry Williams, Minister of the Gospel in North Wales.
An anonymous broadside, without date or imprint. The subject, Henry
Williams, who iived at Ysgafel!,near Newtown, in Montgomeryshire, was one
of the coadjutors of Vavasor Powell, the great plunderer of church property
in the time of the Commonweaith. He died in 1684, and was buried in his own
garden. The elegy was probably printed in the same year. See Collections histo-

forensium luris Anglicani, et descriptio magistratuum, ettitulorum digni-
tatum, hac nota Cïl^ per totum opus insignita. Opus omnibus humanioris
literaturse amatoribus valdè necessarium et delectabile, imprimis nostra-
tibus qui nullo negotio ex Anglicana, cœteras linguas cum earum etymo-
logijs, ordine alphabetico invenire possunt, deniq; extraneis, si ex his
congestis, alphabetum vnius vel plurium aliarum linguarum, sibi cum
numeris arithmeticis concinnare voluerunt. Opéra, studio, industria,
