HI-TECH IN ELECTRIC MOTORS
Klixon (MA)
È un relay amperometrico, il quale
quando la corrente allo spunto è
elevata, agendo tramite una bobina
e un’ancora mobile con contatto
elettrico, vince la forza di una
molla antagonista, connettendo in
parallelo al condensatore di marcia
quello di avviamento.
Nel momento in cui il motore si è
avviato, la corrente assorbita cala
e la molla antagonista questa volta
è in grado di vincere la forza
elettromagnetica della bobina per
cui disconette il condensatore di
spunto.
Tale dispositivo è disponibile in
varie portate amperometriche, ed
è omologato secondo norme UL
e CSA.
Disgiuntore centrifugo (MC)
È un dispositivo molto stabile in
quanto rileva i giri al minuto del
motore. È composto da una parte
rotante calettata sull’albero motore,
da una parte elettrica debitamente
isolata, calettata sullo scudo
posteriore al motore e da una
calotta in alluminio di protezione
meccanica, con guarnizioni di tenuta,
che assicurano una protezione
IP 55 all’insieme.
La protezione completa del motore
con disgiuntore centrifugo in IP
55 tramite calotta in alluminio, è
una esclusiva della Ditta NERI (a
richiesta).
Senza calotta di protezione
(standard):
- disgiuntore IP20
- motore IP55.
A richiesta disgiuntore interno
al motore.
Questo dispositivo ha un contatto
normalmente chiuso tramite
molla; quando il motore inizia a
girare, la forza centrifuga, agendo
su due masse rotanti sull’albero,
esercita una forza che raggiunto
il numero di giri nominali
vince l’opposizione della molla
aprendo il contatto e sconnettendo
il condensatore di spunto servito
per ottenere l’alta coppia
motrice di avviamento.
È omologabile secondo norme UL
o CSA (a richiesta).
Motori per autolavaggi
(ambienti ostili)
Sono realizzati in un bagno di
resina, che sigilla completamente
il motore, per cui anche in presenza
di sostanze chimiche tipo detersivi,
il sistema di isolamento non
subisce danni.
Le specifiche elettriche e
meccaniche sono quelle di
produzione o su richiesta.

This is an ampere relay which
overcomes the force of an
antagonist spring when the starting
torque is high, working through a
coil and mobile armature with
electrical contact, to connect the
starting capacitor parallel to the
run capacitor.
When the motor has started the
absorbed current drops and the
antagonist spring is then able to
overcome the electromagnetic force
of the coil, thereby disconnecting
the starting capacitor.
This device is available in various
ampere capacities and is approved
per UL and CSA standards.
Centrifugal circuit breaker (MC)
This is a highly stable device, as it
detects the rpm of the motor.
It consists of a rotary part keyed to
the motor shaft, a duly insulated
electrical part keyed to the rear
motor shield, and an aluminum cap
for mechanical protection, with
sealing gaskets that ensure an IP
55 rating for the unit.
Only NERI can offer complete
motor protection with centrifugal
circuit breaker at IP 55 through an
aluminum cap (on request).

This device has a normally closed
spring-loaded contact.
When the motor begins to turn, the
centrifugal force acts on two
masses rotating on the shaft and
exerts a force that overcomes the
opposition of the spring once the
rated rpm is reached.
This opens the contact and
disconnects the starting capacitor
used to achieve the high starting
drive torque.
It may be approved by UL and CSA
standards.dards (on request).
Car Wash Motors
(adverse application)
The motors are immerged in a resin
fixingbath which seals them
completely, and the winding will
not be damaged even if chemical
materials come in contact with the
motor.
The mechanic and electric features
are standard or special upon
request.

Il s’agit d’un relais ampèremétrique
qui quand le courant au démarrage
est élevé en agissant avec une
bobine et une armature mobile à
contact électrique dépasse la force
d’un ressort antagoniste, connectant
en parallèle au condensateur de
marche celui de démarrage.
Après le démarrage du moteur, le
courant absorbé diminue et le
ressort antagoniste est, cette fois,
en mesure de dépasser la force
électromagnétique de la bobine et
entraîne la déconnexion du
condensateur de démarrage.
Ce dispositif existe dans plusieurs
versions suivant la capacité
ampèremétrique et est homologué
suivant les normes UL ou CSA.
Disjoncteur centrifuge (MC)
Il s’agit d’un dispositif très stable
étant donné qu’il mesure les tours
par minute du moteur.
Il comprend un partie tournante
calée sur l’arbre moteur, une partie
électrique dûment isolée, calée sur
le flasque arrière du moteur et une
calotte en aluminium de protection
mécanique, avec joints d’étanchéité
qui garantissent une protection
IP55 à l’ensemble.
La calotte en aluminium qui protège
totalement le moteur avec
disjoncteur centrifuge au degré
IP55 est une exclusivité de la firme
Neri (sur demande).
Sans capot de protection
(standard):
- Disjoncteur IP20
- Moteur IP55.
Sur demande disjoncteur à
l'interieur du moteur.
Ce dispositif a un contact
normalement fermé par un ressort:
quand le moteur commence à
tourner, la force centrifuge, agissant
sur deux masses tournantes sur
l’arbre exerce une force qui
dépasse celle opposée du ressort
quand le nombre de tours est
atteint ce qui ouvre le contact,
déconnecte le condensateur de
démarrage servi pour obtenir le
couple moteur de démarrage élevé.
Il est homologable suivant les
normes UL ou CSA (sur demande).
Moteurs pour les lavages
des voitures
(habitat hostile)
Ils sont des moteurs fabriqués dans
un bain de rèsine qu’il cachètte
complétement le moteur, par suite
aussi en presence de substances
chimiques comme les detersives,
le système d’isolement ne subit
pas de dommages.
Les specifications electriques et
mecaniques sont celles de
production ou sur demande.

Es handelt sich dabei um ein
amperometrisches Relais. Wenn
der Anlaufstrom hoch ist,
überwindet dieses Relais durch
eine Spule und einen beweglichen
Anker mit Schaltkontakt die Kraft
einer Gegenfeder und schaltet den
Anlaufkondensator und den
Betriebskondensator parallel.
Sobald der Motor läuft, vermindert
sich die Stromaufnahme, und die
Gegenfeder überwindet die
elektromagnetische Kraft der Spule
und schaltet den Anlaufkondensator
aus.
Diese Vorrichtung, die über eine
UL- bzw. CSA-Zulassung verfügt,
ist für unterschiedliche Amperwerte
lieferbar.
Fliehkraftschalter (MC)
Es handelt sich um eine Vorrichtung
die ununterbrochen eingeschaltet
ist, da sie die Motordrehzahl erfaßt.
Der Fliehkraftschalter besteht aus
einem Drehteil, das an der
Motorwelle befestigt ist, aus einem
entsprechend isolierten
elektrischen Teil, das am hinteren
Lagerschild angebracht ist, und
aus einer Schutzhaube aus
Aluminium mit Dichtungen in der
Schutzart IP55.
Der komplette Schutz des Motors
durch einen Fliehkraftschalter mit
Aluhaube in der Schutzart IP55 ist
ein Exklusivprodukt der Neri Motori
(auf Anfrage).
Ohne Schutzkalotte (standard):
- Abschalter IP20
- Motor IP55.
Auf Anfrage eingebauter
Fliehkraftabschalter am Motor.
Diese Vorrichtung hat einen
normalerweise von einer Feder
geschlossenen Kontakt. Wenn sich
der Motor in Betrieb setzt, überwindet
die Fliehkraft - mit Hilfe von zwei
Drehgewichten an der Welle - beim
Erreichen der Nenndrehzahl die Kraft
der Feder und öffnet den Kontakt,
wobei der zum Erreichen des hohen
Anzugsmoments dienende
Anlaufkondensator ausgeschaltet
wird. Der Fliehkraftschalter kann
nach UL oder CSA zugelassen
werden (auf Anfrage).
Motoren für Waschanlagen
(ungünstige
Umgebungsbedingungen)
Sie werden in einem Harzbad
behandelt, das den Motor komplett
versiegelt, so daß auch bei
Vorhandensein aggressiver
chemischer Substanzen wie
Waschmittel das Isolationssystem
vor Schäden geschützt ist.
