Article 6
Benefits under this Agreement shall be paid direct by international postal
money order to entitled persons residing in Netherlands territory by the agricultural
old age fund liable for benefit.
Article 7
The Netherlands office referred to in article 5 shall provide administrative
assistance to the German institutions referred to in the said article and shall furnish
any information and documents which may be lacking.
Article 8
This Agreement shall also apply to Land Berlin unless the Government of the
Federal Republic of Germany delivers a contrary declaration to the Government of
the Kingdom of the Netherlands within three months after the entry into force
of the Agreement.
Article 9
(1) This Agreement shall be ratified ; the instruments of ratification shall be
exchanged as soon as possible at Bonn.
(2) The Agreement shall enter into force on the date of the exchange of
the instruments of ratification, with retroactive effect as from 1 January 1962.
Article 10
This Agreement shall have the samjue period of validity as the Convention.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the respective plenipotentiaries have signed this Agreement.
DONE at The Hague on 24 May 1965, in duplicate in the German and Dutch
languages, both texts being equally authentic.
