SOCIAL INSURANCE. SIGNED AT BONN, ON 29 MARCH 1951 1
SIXTH ADDITIONAL AGREEMENT 2 TO THE ABOVE-MENTIONED CONVENTION, CON-
CERNING THE APPLICATION OF GERMAN LEGISLATION ON OLD AGE PENSIONS
FOR FARMERS. SIGNED AT THE HAGUE, ON 24 MAY 1965

The Kingdom of the Netherlands and
The Federal Republic of Germany,
Seeking to regulate the application to Netherlands nationals of the German
legislation on old age pensions for farmers,
Desiring to determine the conditions under which benefits under the old age
pension scheme for farmers shall be payable to Netherlands nationals who habitually
reside in the territory of the Netherlands,
Have, pursuant to article 2, paragraph (2) (a), of the Convention of 29 March
1951 1 between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Federal Republic of
Germany respecting social insurance, agreed as follows:
Article 1
For purposes of the application of this Agreement:
1. The term " the Convention " means the Convention of 29 March 1951 between
the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Federal Republic of Germany respecting
social insurance;
2. The term " territory " means,
in the case of the Federal Republic of Germany, the territory in which the
Basic Law for the Federal Republic of Germany is in force;
in the case of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the territory of the Kingdom
in Europe;
3. The term " national " means,
in the case of the Federal Republic of Germany, a German within the meaning
of the Basic Law for the Federal Republic of Germany;
in the case of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, a person of Netherlands nationality;
