Termination of the Agreement prior to the 31st March, 1972, shall by
any party be given by way of a one year notice in writing to the other parties
of its intention to terminate the Agreement. The Agreement shall enter into
force and become binding for the Kingdom of Norway when the Government
of Norway has notified the Government of India that the constitutional
procedures with regard to the adherence of Norway to the Agreement have
been completed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned, being duly authorized thereto
by their respective Governments, have signed the present Agreement.
DONE in triplicate this 17th day of March, 1967 in the English language.

ANNEX I
COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION WORK INITIATED UNDER THE THIRD SUPPLEMENT
TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE UNITED NATIONS, THE GOVERNMENT OF
NORWAY AND THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA CONCERNING ECONOMIC DEVE-
LOPMENT, DATED THE 27TH NOVEMBER, 1961
Article I
Every effort shall be made to complete the following construction works at
the earliest possible time
(a) At Ernakulam:
The slifway, jetty No. 1 and reinforced concrete construction retaining wall -
all interconnected.
(b) At Cannanore:
Breakwater, reinforced concrete construction jetty and electrical installations.
(c) At Mandapam:
Fish meal plant, reinforced concrete construction jetty, and ice plant with
fish reception hall.
(d) At Karwar:
Boatbuilding yard, ice plant with fish reception hall, quaywalls and reinforced
concrete construction jetty, slipway, quarters for Project staff, installations in
connection with the supply of water and high tension power.
