bados on 30 November 1966 and until such time as a standard agreement
on the provision of technical assistance is signed between the Government
of Barbados and the United Nations Development Programme, both the
Government of Barbados and the United Nations Development Programme
should consider themselves mutually bound by the provisions of the Revised
Standard Agreement, signed on 8 July 1960, between the Technical
Assistance Board and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great
Britain and Northern Ireland, acting on behalf of theTrust, Non Self-Governing
and other Territories for whose international relations the Government of
the United Kingdom is responsible.
I should appreciate it if you would kindly indicate your Government's
acceptance of this proposal. This letter together with your Government's
reply will then constitute an agreement in the matter.

I am directed by the Prime Minister to refer to your letter 04 Barbados
of 20th December, 1966, and to inform you that the Government of Barbados
agrees that until such time as a standard agreement on the provision
of technical assistance is signed between the Government of Barbados and
the United Nations Development Programme, both the Government of Barbados
and the United Nations Development Programme should consider
themselves mutually bound by the provisions of the Revised Standard Agreement,
