Latest check-in-time
A latest check-in-time, varying from one airport to the other,
is set up for each flight. It corresponds to the time after
which passengers will no longer be allowed to board the
flight involved. Please contact our reservation services for this
purpose.
Baggage
Marking of your name and permanent address outside your
checked baggage is mandatory. You should also place a label
carrying your name and address inside each peace of luggage
and then lock.
The carriage of explosives, inflammable or toxic materials,
radio-active or magnetic substances, etc ..., is strictly
prohibited.
Medicines, jewellery, money, securities, negociable papers,
documents and other valuables, should not be placed in your
checked baggage, but carried with you all time.
Cabin baggage
You are allowed to board with you into the cabin, only the
hand baggage which dimension should not exceed «55
x 40 x 20 cm» or «22 x 15 x 8 inches». The carrier is not
responsible of the loss of a cabin baggage not checked-in.
the passenger should comply with the safety conditions and
measures of hand baggage carriage, required by the country
of origin and of destination.
Checked baggage
It is the authority of the carrier to refuse acceptance of baggage
for chek-in, unless it is properly packed in suitcases or any
similar appropriate containers, to ensure safe carriage of your
baggage with ordinary care in handling (from the general
conditions of carriage).
The free baggage allowance
The free baggage allowance is 30 Kg in business class and
20 kg in economic class.
Exceed baggage
An excess baggage taxation is asked at checking desk for
the carriage of baggage exceeding the free baggage allowance
and this according to the rules of each different carrier.

Non checked baggage
Passengers may book one or more seats to accomodate for
valuable or fragile baggage, provided the maximum weight of
this baggage should not exceed 75 kg per seat. Taxation per
kg, is the full normal fare of the class of service used.
Pets
Carriage of pets is subject to special conditions, it is prohibited
in some cases.
Special assistance
The passengers who need a special care and assistance
(children, persons with reduced mobility, persons who have
special travel need) this should be indicated when making
reservation or 48 hours before travelling so that the carrier will
assure the best conditions for travel.
Transit Passengers
Only passengers having through checked to their final
destination at the first point of departure are considered in
Transit.
