Les bagages non enregistrés<br />
Les passagers pourront désormais réserver un ou plusieurs<br />
sièges pour le transport de bagages fragiles ou de valeur.<br />
La taxation de ce type de bagage serait égale au tarif plein<br />
applicable au siège de la classe utilisée. Le poids maximum<br />
des bagages transportés sous cette formule ne doit pas excéder<br />
75 kg par siège.<br />
Les animaux<br />
Le transport des animaux est toujours soumis à des conditions<br />
particulières et est parfois interdit.<br />
Assistance spéciale<br />
Les passagers à particularité nécessitant une attention ou<br />
une assistance spéciale (enfants en bas âge, personne à<br />
mobilité réduite, personnes voyageant avec un appareillage<br />
spécial et/ou des bagages exigeant un emballage particulier,<br />
doivent le signaler au Transporteur Aérien au moment de<br />
l’achat de leur billet ou, à défaut 48 heures avant la date<br />
prévue de leur vol, afin que ce dernier prenne les dispositions<br />
adéquates, permettant d’assurer le transport dans les<br />
meilleures conditions.<br />
Passagers en transit<br />
Seuls les passagers ayant initialement enregistré jusqu’à leur<br />
destination finale au point de départ de leur voyage, sont<br />
considérés en transit.<br />

General conditions of carriage<br />
The general conditions of transportation are shown on your<br />
ticket. They may be consulted at any Tunisair Ticket office or<br />
on the Website of Tunisair : www.tunisair.com<br />
Acceptance of passengers<br />
It is the responsibility of the passenger to comply with all the<br />
regulations of countries of departure, transit and destination<br />
and the conditions of transport of the carrier. The carrier is<br />
allowed to refuse the carriage of a passenger who is not in<br />
compliance with the rules and regulations or if the documents<br />
are not in a regular status. The passenger should hold a valid<br />
ticket with a confirmed reservation..<br />
Reservations<br />
Reservations must be made in advance through any Tunisair<br />
ticketing offices or approved travel agents. Any changes of<br />
travel dates or eventual cancellations should also be performed<br />
through these offices according to the general conditions of<br />
transport and sales.<br />
The passenger should communicate all his contacts where he can<br />
be reached in his country of origin and of destination, should any<br />
change occur to his reservation or next flight scheduled. In case<br />
of an on line reservation, never use these typescripts : (,), (;), (:).<br />
The Fidelys passengers are recommended to communicate<br />
their card number when they reserve and to confirm this<br />
number during check-in, in order to assure the systematic<br />
counting of their miles.<br />
Seat reservation : the Carrier can guarantee the reservation of<br />
a particular seat in the aircraft : nevertheless, the passenger<br />
should accept any other seat allocated to him on the flight, in<br />
the class of ticket emission, and this in case the carrier is not<br />
able to provide the allocated seat and this due to operation<br />
conditions.<br />
Special service on board<br />
The passenger who wants a special meal should order it at<br />
the moment of reservation, otherwise the Carrier will not<br />
guarantee the special meal on board of his flight.<br />
Schedules<br />
The schedules indicated on the timetable may be subject to<br />
change, without prior notice, by the carrier and this between<br />
the date of publication and that of your travel. The schedules<br />
are not part of the carriage contract.<br />
