Les bagages non enregistrés
Les passagers pourront désormais réserver un ou plusieurs
sièges pour le transport de bagages fragiles ou de valeur.
La taxation de ce type de bagage serait égale au tarif plein
applicable au siège de la classe utilisée. Le poids maximum
des bagages transportés sous cette formule ne doit pas excéder
75 kg par siège.
Les animaux
Le transport des animaux est toujours soumis à des conditions
particulières et est parfois interdit.
Assistance spéciale
Les passagers à particularité nécessitant une attention ou
une assistance spéciale (enfants en bas âge, personne à
mobilité réduite, personnes voyageant avec un appareillage
spécial et/ou des bagages exigeant un emballage particulier,
doivent le signaler au Transporteur Aérien au moment de
l’achat de leur billet ou, à défaut 48 heures avant la date
prévue de leur vol, afin que ce dernier prenne les dispositions
adéquates, permettant d’assurer le transport dans les
meilleures conditions.
Passagers en transit
Seuls les passagers ayant initialement enregistré jusqu’à leur
destination finale au point de départ de leur voyage, sont
considérés en transit.

General informations
General conditions of carriage
The general conditions of transportation are shown on your
ticket. They may be consulted at any Tunisair Ticket office or
on the Website of Tunisair : www.tunisair.com
Acceptance of passengers
It is the responsibility of the passenger to comply with all the
regulations of countries of departure, transit and destination
and the conditions of transport of the carrier. The carrier is
allowed to refuse the carriage of a passenger who is not in
compliance with the rules and regulations or if the documents
are not in a regular status. The passenger should hold a valid
ticket with a confirmed reservation..
Reservations
Reservations must be made in advance through any Tunisair
ticketing offices or approved travel agents. Any changes of
travel dates or eventual cancellations should also be performed
through these offices according to the general conditions of
transport and sales.
The passenger should communicate all his contacts where he can
be reached in his country of origin and of destination, should any
change occur to his reservation or next flight scheduled. In case
of an on line reservation, never use these typescripts : (,), (;), (:).
The Fidelys passengers are recommended to communicate
their card number when they reserve and to confirm this
number during check-in, in order to assure the systematic
counting of their miles.
Seat reservation : the Carrier can guarantee the reservation of
a particular seat in the aircraft : nevertheless, the passenger
should accept any other seat allocated to him on the flight, in
the class of ticket emission, and this in case the carrier is not
able to provide the allocated seat and this due to operation
conditions.
Special service on board
The passenger who wants a special meal should order it at
the moment of reservation, otherwise the Carrier will not
guarantee the special meal on board of his flight.
Schedules
The schedules indicated on the timetable may be subject to
change, without prior notice, by the carrier and this between
the date of publication and that of your travel. The schedules
are not part of the carriage contract.
