Quality characteristics and technical information
Carcase:
The carcase consists of high-quality multiple-layer particleboards that correspond to emission
class E 1 according to DIN 68765. The high-quality melamine resin laminate provides protection
against humidity, heat and common household stresses. Sides and shelves are 16 mm thick
with edging on all sides and have a PP edging at the front. The carcase has multiple doweling
for lasting sturdiness. The 2,5 mm thick laminate-coated rear panel is set back in order to allow
airtocirculate, ensuring longevity.
Adjustable shelves:
The5mmthick glass shelves are polished all round. The 16 mm thick adjustable shelves in
carcase material with edging on all sides and have a PP edging at the front. All adjustable
shelves are multiply adjustable inheight and protected against accidental pull-out.
Hinges for furniture doors:
The self-closing all-metal hinges can be opened to an angle of 110° and are adjustable in three
dimensions. The hinge cup is the integrated door closing dampers.
Hinges for furniture doors:
The hinges for both sides, mirrored doors and associated door dampers are drilled in the body.
Suspension:
All units are designed for attachment to the wall. A conceales all-metal fitting is used for easy
installation and true alignment of the units which isadjustable in height and depth. The fixing
rails provided make for easy and comfortable alignment. A mounting bracket is tobeinstalled
under the wall units to take up the weight.
Washbasin base unit hinge:
For vanity units, we use an all-metal fittings with a capacity of 120 kg, carries the high demands in the
vanity cabinet area calculation. The adjustment range is 19mmhorizontally and vertically 22 mm. This
closet hanger can be used only with the supplied mounting plate.
Flap fitting:
Valves are kept open, depending on the height of front flap 1 or 2 support bracket. The integrated, adjustable
soft-close damping system provides an always soft and silent closing.
Fronts:
The fronts with MDF core are thermoplasticfoil-coated on the front side. They are unaffected by all common
household bleaches, acids and fats. The wood fronts consist of a solid frame and a veneer centre
panel. Wood is a natural product and minor differences in colour and texture are unavoidable.
Drawers:
Our metal drawers in all-metal finish run precisely and extremely quietly on concealed pull-out
guides with self-retraction. The serially buffered closing „BLUMOTION“, the drawers closes
gently and quietly. A pull-out safety device prevents unintentional opening of the drawer. The drawer front
panels are multiply adjustable.
Washbasins:
The washbasins, available optionally inmineral cast or ceramic, demonstrate high
resistance to abrasion and high consumer durability.
