SWISSGRIND ZOOM AQUA HM
Wassermischbarer Kühlschmierstoff zum Schleifen von Hartmetall
Beschreibung
SWISSGRIND ZOOM AQUA HM ist ein mineraloel-,
chlor-, nitrit- und zinkfreier wassermischbarer Kühlschmierstoff,
der mit Wasser gemischt eine transparente,
wasserklare Lösung ergibt.
SWISSGRIND ZOOM AQUA HM vermittelt einen guten
Korrosionsschutz, ist extrem schaumarm, hinterlässt
keine klebenden Rückstände und ergibt eine gute Netz-
und Spülwirkung. Eine gute Hautverträglichkeit ist
durch die sorgfältige Auswahl und Kombination der Inhaltsstoffe
sichergestellt.

Einsatzbereich
SWISSGRIND ZOOM AQUA HM wird insbesondere bei
den Schleifverfahren für Hartmetalle, Werkzeuge und
Profile eingesetzt. Ein Auswaschen von Kobalt kann
nicht auftreten.

Réfrigérant soluble pour la rectification du métal dur
Description
SWISSGRIND ZOOM AQUA HM est un agent de rectification
100 % synthétique, exempt de chlore, de nitrite
et de zinc qui, mélangé à l’eau, donne une solution limpide
et incolore.
SWISSGRIND ZOOM AQUA HM se distingue par une
bonne protection anticorrosion et un moussage insignifiant,
ne laisse pas de résidus collants et dispose d’un
très bon effet de mouillage et de rinçage. Une bonne
innocuité cutanée est assurée par le choix et la combinaison
optimale de ses additifs.

Water-miscible lubricant coolant for grinding carbide
Description
SWISSGRIND ZOOM AQUA HM is a water-miscible lubricant
coolant free from mineral oil, chlorine, nitrite and
zinc. Mixed with water it provides a transparent, waterclear
solution.
SWISSGRIND ZOOM AQUA HM gives good corrosion
protection, is extremely low-frothing, does not leave
sticky residues and provides good netting and scavenging
actions. It is very mild to the skin thanks to the careful
selection and combination of its ingredients.

Technical data
Area of application
SWISSGRIND ZOOM AQUA HM is mainly used for
grinding carbide, tools and profiles. A cobalt wash-out
cannot occur.
