Article 15: Reception When the youth to be rehabilitated is received at the Center, he/she shall be checked to find out if he/she has not a particular disease that needs special attention and he/she shall be registered in the Center registers determined by the Minister in charge of youth indicating especially the duration of rehabilitation, her/his family to be informed on her/his situation, her/his assets kept by the Center. Article 16: Uniforms The Steering Committee shall determine the uniforms of the youth at the rehabilitation and training Center. Article 17: Visits The youth at rehabilitation and skills development Center shall have the right to be visited by their families and friends at the hours and days determined by the centre directorate. They may be visited by individuals, local or international organizations accepted to operate 66 Article 14 : Transport au Centre La direction du Centre en collaboration avec la Police Nationale transporte les personnes destinées au Centre dans le respect du délai maximum prévu pour être gardé au Centre de Transit selon les dispositions de l’article 13 du présent arrêté. Article 15 : Accueil Lorsque le/la jeune à réhabiliter est reçu (e) au Centre, il est vérifié si il/elle n’a pas de maladie particulière et il/elle est enregistré (e) dans les registres du Centre déterminés par le Ministre ayant la jeunesse dans ses attributions en y indiquant notamment la durée de sa rééducation, sa famille qui sera mise au courant de ses nouvelles, son patrimoine gardé par le Centre. Article 16 : Uniformes Les uniformes des personnes en réhabilitation et formation au Centre seront déterminés par le Comité de suivi. Article 17 : Visites Les jeunes dans le centre de réhabilitation et de formation artisanale ont droit aux visites des membres de leurs familles et de leurs amis aux heures et jours déterminées par la Direction du Centre. Les jeunes peuvent être visitées, conformément aux directives du Ministre ayant la

The Ministries registered in Rwanda shall be allowed to preach into the Center in accordance with the plan agreed by the management of the Center. Article 19 : Activités religieuses Les jeunes dans le centre de réhabilitation et de formation artisanale sont autorisées d’exercer les activités en rapport avec leur foi pour autant que ce ne soit pas préjudiciable à la bonne conduite et à la sécurité des autres personnes vivant au Centre. Les églises reconnues au Rwanda sont autorisées de prêcher dans le Centre selon un plan agréé par la Direction du Centre. Article 20 : Discipline Les directives disciplinaires du Centre sont déterminées par le Comité de suivi.
