Inyigisho n’imyuga bigenerwa abarererwa mu<br />

Article 6: Age limit to be admitted in the<br />
Center<br />
The age limit to be admitted in the Center shall<br />
be between 18 to 35.<br />
Article 7: Supervising Authority<br />
The center shall be supervised by the <strong>Ministry</strong> in<br />
charge <strong>of</strong> youth.<br />
Article 8: Training and pr<strong>of</strong>ession<br />
Rehabilitation and vocational skills development<br />
carried out in the Center shall not contradict the<br />
established vocational training curricula set by<br />
Government and other public institutions in<br />
charge <strong>of</strong> the program <strong>of</strong> rehabilitation.<br />
Article 9 : Rehabilitation period<br />
The duration for rehabilitation and skills<br />
development at the Center shall not exceed what<br />
is provided by steering committee.<br />
The Steering Committee shall determine the<br />
period for rehabilitation depending on the<br />
modules designed for her/him.<br />
Article 10: Means entitled to Youth in<br />
rehabilitation<br />
The State shall grant to the rehabilitated persons<br />
at the Center accommodation, food, health care,<br />

Centre<br />
Le Centre accueille les jeunes de 18 à 35 ans.<br />
Article 7 : Organe de tutelle<br />
Le Centre est placé sous la tutelle du Ministère<br />
a<strong>ya</strong>nt la jeunesse dans ses attributions.<br />
Article 8 : Formation et métiers<br />
La réhabilitation et la formation artisanale<br />
dispensées dans le Centre doit se conformer au<br />
programme fixé par l’organe de l’Etat chargé du<br />
cycle court de formation artisanale et à celui des<br />
autres institutions publiques a<strong>ya</strong>nt le programme<br />
de réhabilitation dans ses attributions.<br />
Article 9 : Durée de réhabilitation<br />
La période de réhabilitation et de formation<br />
artisanale ne dépasse pas celle prévue par Comité<br />
de suivi.<br />
Le Comité de suivi détermine la période de<br />
réhabilitation selon les modules prévus pour la<br />
formation.<br />
Article 10 : Moyens alloués aux jeunes en<br />
réhabilitation<br />
Les jeunes en réhabilitation sont à la charge de<br />
l’Etat quant au logement, nourriture, soins de
