CHAPTER II: ORGANISATION OF THE<br />
CENTER<br />
Article 3: Director and staff <strong>of</strong> the Center<br />
The Director and other staff <strong>of</strong> the Center shall<br />
be appointed in conformity with the provisions<br />
for the appointment <strong>of</strong> public service personnel.<br />
Article 4: Job classification<br />
A Prime Minister’s Order shall determine the<br />
job classification <strong>of</strong> the Center.<br />
Article 5: Salaries<br />
The salaries <strong>of</strong> the personnel <strong>of</strong> the Center shall<br />
be determined by the Prime Minister’s Order.<br />

CHAPITRE II : ORGANISATION DU<br />
CENTRE<br />
Article 3 : Directeur et personnel du Centre<br />
Le Directeur et le personnel du Centre sont<br />
nommés conformément aux dispositions prévues<br />
pour la mise en place du personnel de la fonction<br />
publique.<br />
Article 4 : Cadre organique<br />
Le cadre organique du Centre est établi par arrêté<br />
du Premier Ministre<br />
Article 5 : Salaires<br />
Les salaires du personnel du Centre sont<br />
déterminés par l’arrêté du Premier Ministre.
