la République du <strong>Rwanda</strong> et L’Association<br />
Internationale de Développement (IDA),<br />
relatif au crédit de quarante cinq millions et<br />
cent mille Droits de Tirage Spéciaux<br />
(45.100.000 USD) pour le projet « Access<br />
Scale-up Project and sector-wide approach<br />
development»;<br />
