Kigali, kuwa 20/04/2010 Official Gazette n° 18 of 03/5/2010 Article One: Authorisation of ratification The Credit Agreement nº 4674-RW signed in Kigali, Rwanda, on 08 February 2010, between the Republic of Rwanda and the International Development Association (IDA), relating to the credit of twenty one million four hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 21,400,000) for the Land Husbandry, Water Harvesting, and Hillside Irrigation Project, is hereby authorized for ratification. Article 2: Drafting, consideration and adoption of this Law This Law was drafted in English, considered and adopted in Kinyarwanda. Article 3 : Commencement This Law shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda. Kigali, on 20/04/2010 32 Article premier: Autorisation de ratification L’Accord de crédit nº 4674-RW signé à Kigali, au Rwanda, le 08 février 2010, entre la République du Rwanda et l’Association Internationale de Développement (IDA), relatif au crédit de vingt et un million quatre cent mille Droits de Tirage Spéciaux (21.400.000 DTS) pour le Projet de Gestion des Terres, de Récupération d’Eau, et d’Irrigation colonnaire, est autorisé à être ratifié. Article 2 : Initiation, examen et adoption de la présente loi La présente loi a été initiée en Anglais, examinée et adoptée en Kinyarwanda. Article 3 : Entrée en vigueur La présente loi entre en vigueur le jour de sa publication au Journal Officiel de la République du Rwanda. Kigali, le 20/04/2010
