Pursuant to the Constitution of the Republic
of Rwanda of June 4, 2003, as amended to
date, especially in its Articles 62, 66, 67, 88,
89, 90, 92, 93, 94, 95, 108, 189, 190 and
201;
Having considered the Credit Agreement nº
4674-RW signed in Kigali, Rwanda, on 08
February 2010, between the Republic of
Rwanda and the International Development
Association (IDA), relating to the Credit of
twenty one million four hundred thousand
Special Drawing Rights (SDR 21,400,000)
for the land husbandry, water harvesting,
and hillside irrigation Project;

LE PARLEMENT :
La Chambre des Députés, en sa séance du
04 Mars 2010;
Le Sénat, en sa séance du 16/03/2010;
Vu la Constitution de la République du
Rwanda du 04 juin 2003, telle que révisée à
ce jour, spécialement en ses articles 62, 66,
67, 88, 89, 90, 92, 93, 94, 95, 108, 189, 190
et 201 ;
Après examen de l’Accord de crédit nº4674-
RW signé à Kigali, au Rwanda, le 08 février
2010, entre la République du Rwanda et
l’Association Internationale de
Développement (IDA), relatif au crédit de
vingt et un million quatre cent mille Droits
de Tirage Spéciaux (21.400.000 DTS) pour
le Projet de gestion des terres, de
récupération d’eau, et d’irrigation
colonnaire;
