13 Ohjeen laatimiseen ja sen kommentointiin ovat osallistuneet: FT Heidi Enwald & FM Noora Hirvonen Tämä opas laadittiin MOPO-hankkeessa, jossa tutkittiin ja testattiin terveysinformaation räätälöintiä nuorilla kutsunnanalaisilla miehillä. MOPO on laaja tutkimus- ja kehittämishankekokonaisuus, jonka tavoitteena on yhdessä nuorten kanssa kehittää heille kiinnostavia toimintatapoja hyvinvoinnin edistämiseen. MOPO lisää tietoa kutsuntaikäisten elämäntyylistä, hyvinvoinnista, liikkumisesta, informaatiokäyttäytymisestä ja kunnosta. MOPO toteutetaan monialaisessa yhteistyöverkostossa Oulun kaupungissa vuosina 2009-2015. Hankkeen toteuttajina ovat Oulun Diakonissalaitoksen Säätiö, Oulun kaupunki, Oulun yliopisto, Virpiniemen liikuntaopisto Puolustusvoimat ja hyvinvointiteknologiayritykset.
