Learning outcomes<br />

Upon successful completion of the course, the student knows the basic concepts and principles of<br />

cross cultural management. S/he understands how the cross cultural issues in the international<br />

business environment affect the firm. S/he will have improved her ability to cope with different<br />

cross cultural business situations and will have acquired skills needed for the analysis of the cross<br />

cultural issues.<br />
