FARNAZO, CESO V Schools Division Superintendent Subject : 2012 REGIONAL ACCREDITATION WORKSHOP IN ALL SPORTS EVENTS/SCREENING PROCESS Date : September 3, 2012 1. In preparation for the National Accreditation Course in all Sports Events , the Dep-Ed- XII through the School Sports Events and Activities Unitys (SSEAU) is scheduled to conduct the Regional Accreditation Workshop including screening process on September 7-9, 2012 at Kidapawan City Pilot School, Kidapawan City 2. Main objectives of the Regional Workshop: a. Identify the skills and competencies of the would be officiating officials of the DepEd-XII according to the level of classification; b. Enhance skills of participants in both officiating and managing sports; c. Awareness in sports updates including amendments in records and documents in participating a sports competitions and others. 3. Enclosed is the list of participants. 4. Participants are requested to bring with them their sports attire, equipment including beddings. 5. Participants are advised to be in the venue in the afternoon on September 6, 2012 to ensure the workshop could start on time. 6. Registration fee of Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 750.00) shall be collected from each participant to defray the expenses needed. 7. Transportation, foods and snacks and other incidental expenses shall be charged against local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 8.
