Makes a Cue Path unavailable to all other MIDI Show Control commands and to all normal
show cue path access requirements as well.
When CLOSE_CUE_PATH is received, the specified Cue Path becomes inactive and cues
in it cannot be accessed by the Controlled Device. Q_path in Standard Form must be sent.
If the specified Cue Path is already Closed or if it does not exist, no change occurs.
