Si hay algo que caracteriza a Eurojávea es su equipo internacional
y multilingüe. Con un amplio conocimiento del mercado
inmobiliario y especializado en la gestión de propiedades
de lujo en las zonas más exclusivas de Jávea-Xàbia, estos

Esta inmobiliaria familiar nace de la mano de Lydia Fremeijer.
Natural de Holanda, Lydia reside en Jávea desde 1987 y
desde 1995 trabaja como agente inmobiliario. Entre sus funciones
destaca la de asesorar y representar a sus clientes
en la notaría. Además de hablar castellano, inglés, alemán
y holandés, la fundadora de Eurojávea conoce de primera
mano las complejidades del mercado, por lo que sabe asesorar
en todo momento a sus clientes ofreciendo el mejor
servicio posible.
Junto a Lydia se encuentra un sólido equipo, altamente cualificado,
que ofrece una gestión completa en la venta y/o
compra de un inmueble. Ellos son María José, Stephan, Toñi
y Antonio y Jojo Thorman, que se acaba de unir recientemente
a la inmobiliaria.
María José Roselló es la jefa de administración y contabilidad
desde los inicios de Eurojávea, ejerciendo al igual que Lydia
desde el año 1995. Nacida en Jávea, María José habla inglés
y castellano y se encarga de las facturas, pagos, contratos y
de gestionar la documentación en los procesos de compraventa,
entre otras cosas.
Stephan Fremeijer es actualmente el jefe de ventas. Hijo de
Lydia y residente en Jávea desde los 3 años, cuenta con una
sólida experiencia en el mercado inmobiliario. Stephan habla
inglés, holandés y castellano y se encarga del departamento
de marketing, finanzas y RRHH. Además, al igual que
sus compañeros, está en constante formación y tiene un
gran conocimiento en temas técnicos, urbanísticos y legales.

and Dutch, the founder of Eurojávea knows first hand

Alongside Lydia is a solid, highly qualified team that offers
a complete management in the sale and/or purchase of a
property. They are María José, Stephan, Toñi and Antonio
and Jojo Thorman, who has recently joined the real estate
agency.
María José Roselló is the head of administration and accounting
since the beginning of Eurojávea, working with Lydia
since 1995. Born in Jávea, María José speaks English and
Spanish and is in charge of invoices, payments, contracts
and managing the documentation in the buying and selling
process, among other things.
Stephan Fremeijer is currently the sales manager. Son of Lydia
and resident in Jávea since he was 3 years old, he has a
solid experience in the real estate market. Stephan speaks
English, Dutch and Spanish and is in charge of marketing,
finance and HR. In addition, like his colleagues, he is in constant
development and has a great knowledge of technical,
urban planning and legalization issues.
Jojo Thorman has recently joined this team of consultants
