MERCADO INTERNACIONAL:No cabe duda de que el mercado internacional en la ComunidadValenciana es muy elevado, especialmente en lalocalidad de Jávea-Xàbia que en las últimas décadas ha llegadoa tener casi un 60% de población residente extranjera.De hecho, el número de compraventas de extranjeros en2022 fue de 955, es decir un 70,8% del total. De casi 4 ( 3,7)viviendas que se vendieron en Jávea – Xàbia el año pasado,casi 3 ( 2,9) fueron extranjeros.Un aspecto a tener en cuenta es que esta localidad cuentaactualmente con colonias muy relevantes de algunas nacionalidadescomo la británica, la alemana o la holandesa.Precisamente, ésta última sigue siendo, por segundo añoconsecutivo, la nacionalidad que más casas ha comprado enJávea-Xàbia. De hecho, en 2022 cada día un holandés comprauna propiedad en este municipio de la Marina Alta.Por todo ello y por su claro modelo de turismo residencia(especialmente gracias a su perfil de viviendas unifamiliares)y de presencia de residentes europeos, Jávea-Xàbia vuelvea ser el municipio con mayor precio por m2 de la zona con2.287 €/m2 y un crecimiento en 2022 del 1,5%4.
