Desde 2020, Jávea-Xàbia continúa siendo el municipio
con mayor precio por m2 de la Comunidad Valenciana,
pero en esta ocasión con un incremento del 1,5% debido
a la gran subida del año 2021. Aun así, Jávea – Xàbia se
mantiene a la cabeza como la localidad por m2 más caro
de toda la Comunidad Valencina.
El crecimiento en el número de compraventas de los últimos
años ha sido de un 18,9% en 2022, 45,7% en los
últimos 3 años y 37,1% en los últimos 5 años, lo que
supera la media nacional.
