La característica que se aborda de la contemporaneidad
es la indivuación expresada
en todos los escenarios actuales, desdibujando
el límite de lo público y perdiendo las
posibilidades de interacción en cualquier
ámbito. Con este proyecto se hace una
apuesta por el espacio colectivo, tanto en
el espacio público, semi-público con el interior
de manzana y al interior del edificio.
Compartir un espacio con el vecino y co-habitarlo
es parte de construir tejido social y
es eso que se pierde en los proyectos de
vivienda por las dinámicas económicas de
ocupación del suelo.
Para rehabitar el centro es necesario crear
un entorno adecuado para el peatón, disminuir
la contaminación ambiental, visual
y auditiva y crear espacios de estancia con
diferentes posibilidades.

The characteristic of contemporaneity is

any field. With this project a commitment
is made to collective space, both in public
space, semi-public with the inside of the
block and inside the building. Sharing a
space with the neighbour and co-habitating
it is part of building a social fabric and this
is what is lost in housing projects due to the
economic dynamics of land occupation.

RECOGNITION

to create a suitable environment
for pedestrians, to reduce environmental,
visual and auditory pollution and to create
living spaces with different possibilities
