En el proyecto urbano se plantea una diferenciación
entre los modelos de ocupación
de San Benito y Estación Villa como respuesta
al diagnóstico previo. En Estación
Villa se modifica la urbanización, parcelación
y edificación, conservando solo una
parte del trazado vial que conecta con el
resto de la ciudad. En San Benito se realizan
intervenciones puntuales, modificando
la edificación y parcelación para reconfigurar
la manzana, generando un espacio semipúblico
al interior. El proyecto le apuesta
a la renaturalización del centro y a la generación
de espacio público vinculado a elementos
naturales y culturales que permitan
tanto la estancia como el recorrido en el espacio
público. El uso de distrito universitario
responde a las potencialidades del lugar
y vincula a poblaciones de todas las edades
y condiciones con el proyecto.
In the urban project there is a differentiation
between the occupation models of San
Benito and Estación Villa as a response to
the previous diagnosis. In Estación Villa
the urbanization, parceling and building
are modified, conserving only a part of the
road layout that connects with the rest of
the city. In San Benito, specific interventions
are carried out, modifying the building
and subdivision to reconfigure the block,
generating a semi-public space inside. The
project bets on the renaturalization of the
center and the generation of public space
linked to natural and cultural elements that
allow both the stay and the route in the public
space. The use of a university district
responds to the potentialities of the place
and links populations of all ages and conditions
with the project.
