Con la intención de fortalecer las condiciones
actuales de habitabilidad, y de apropiación
de los espacios, así mismo de las
actividades arraigadas a la cultura ya la
sociedad, el prototipo plantea tres espacios
multifuncionales, con el objetivo que por
medio de estos se logre una mejor apropiación
del espacio, y así mismo pueda generarse
una cualidad evolutiva de la vivienda.
Los espacios que puedan ser utilizados para
la productividad están pensados según un
estudio de las actividades económicas del
municipio, además de unas hipótesis sobre
las posibles actividades individuales de
cada familia.
El módulo habitacional se separa del suelo
por medio de una estructura palafítica, con
la intención de mitigar los riesgos ocasionados
por las inundaciones, el uso del agua,
las precipitaciones y la humedad del suelo.
Se decide utilizar como material la madera,
debido a sus fácil acceso y transporte, sus
anclajes se realizan con molduras en metal,
donde las piezas a ensamblar se anclan mediante
pernos. El uso de la madera permite
reducir costos en la ejecución de la obra.
Así mismo, el uso de la madera permite generar
diversas inclinaciones en los tablones
de los cerramientos, lo que permite el flujo
y la renovación del aire, lo que finalmente
reduce la temperatura.
Las partes se relacionan a través de unos
juegos de yuxtaposición al volumen principal,
de esta manera la separación tanto
vertical como horizontal de las partes y su
posterior tejido a partir de los elementos
verticales buscan agrupar dichas partes
según sus características físico-espaciales,
además de sus relaciones tanto internas
como externas.
La importancia de los elementos juega un
papel importante a la hora de disponer y
agrupar los diferentes tipos de partes, por
lo que cada uno de estos elementos tiene
una razón de ser en específico dependiendo
de la parte a la que responde.

With the intention of strengthening the current

ACADEMIC PROJECT
The housing module is separated from the
ground by means of a palaetic structure,
with the intention of mitigating the risks
caused by floods, water use, rainfall and
soil moisture.
It was decided to use wood as a material,
due to its easy access and transport, its
anchors are made with metal mouldings,
where the pieces to be assembled are anchored
by means of bolts. The use of wood
allows to reduce costs in the execution of
the work. Likewise, the use of wood allows
generating diverse inclinations in the planks
of the enclosures, which allows the flow and
the renewal of the air, which finally reduces
the temperature.

The parts are related through juxtaposition
games to the main volume, in this way the
vertical and horizontal separation of the
