Acceder a unos nuevos espacios virtuales
abiertos favorecería e incrementaría
la cantidad de conexiones y de intercambios
de información, al mismo tiempo,
que permitiría romper las barreras físicas
y virtuales, reduciendo las condiciones de
segregación y aislamiento. Para esto es
necesario desarrollar una infraestructura
de conexiones flexibles que sea capaz
de relacionar un mundo físico, tangible y
un mundo virtual, intangible. Así mismo,
es de gran importancia desarrollar tecnologías
que ayuden a mitigar las brechas
sociales, culturales y económicas.
Estos elementos flexibles, deben estar
en la capacidad de modificarse según
las necesidades del lugar, implantándose
fácilmente, y brindando las condiciones
necesarias para que las poblaciones
puedan introducirse en la red mundial de
intercambio de información, este dispositivo,
buscará solucionar las diferentes
problemáticas de manera inteligente,
aprovechando los avances tecnológicos
y desarrollando alternativas para reducir
la individualización junto con las brechas
sociales, incrementando las relaciones interpersonales.
