General lodging policies | Tree Trek Boquete ALOJAMINETO | ACCOMMODATION · Services included in the rate: accommodation, special house breakfast, Wi-Fi internet connection (speed may fluctuate according to inclement weather), safety box in the room, amenities, satellite tv and private balcony. · Services that the rate does not include: laundry service, mini bar consumptions, lunches, dinners, local or international calls, other services not specified in the rate such as activities. · Family children: Children under five years of age stay for free in the same room paid by an adult and sleep in existing beds. · Additional person: They pay an additional percentage per night and includes breakfast and tax. This is for adults or children over the age of five. · Guarantee: To guarantee the reservation in all situations, 100% of the first night of accommodation must be canceled according to your accommodation plan. · Check in | Check out: 1. Your room or cabin will be available from 3:00 p.m., (15:00) early check-in is subject to an additional cost. (subject to availability). 2. The departure time from the rooms or cabins will be at 12:00 noon. 3. In the event that the room is delivered after 12:00 p.m. without the prior authorization of the hotel staff, Tree Trek Boquete Adventure Park reserves the right to charge your account $30.00 if it is in the room and $60.00 if it is in the cabin. After 2:00 p.m. (14:00) the one night rate will be applied (subject to availability). · Noise: After 9:00 p.m. (21:00) it is not allowed to make noises such as loud music, talks with a raised voice or whatever the case may interfere with the rest of the other guests outside the rooms or cabins, omitting this rule will result in the cancellation of your reservation without the right to reimbursement and the immediate eviction of the property will be requested. · Keys: If you lose or damage the keys to the rooms or cabins, Tree Trek Boquete Adventure Park reserves the right to charge your account $20.00. 7
ALOJAMINETO | ACCOMMODATION Pagos y confirmaciones 1. Los pagos para confirmar una reservación de hospedaje serán en efectivo, transferencia bancaria (ACH), Yappy o con autorización a cargos de tarjetas de crédito (visa o master card). 2. Si el pago es de una cuenta bancaria internacional, la agencia asume la totalidad del monto del recargo internacional cobrado por el banco. 3. Toda reserva deberá ser garantizada mediante algún método de pago indicado anteriormente a nombre del huésped por una cantidad igual al monto total a pagar por la estancia. En caso de que dicha reserva no sé garantice, el hotel no estará obligado a mantener la reserva. 4. Dependiendo de la reserva y la temporada, el cliente deberá pagar de una al total de noches con siete a treinta días antes de la llegada al hotel. 5. Temporada verde (mayo a octubre): Una noche como mínimo siete días antes de la llegada al hotel. 6. Temporada alta (noviembre a abril): El total de la reserva quince (15) días antes de la llegada al Hotel. 7. Días festivos (fiestas patrias, día de la madre, navidad, año nuevo, ferias, carnavales, semana santa, vacaciones escolares y otros días feriados): sé requiere el depósito del 50% de la reserva con treinta (30) días antes de la llegada al hotel y el 50% restante quince (15) días antes de la llegada al hotel. 8. Solo serán válidas las reservaciones que se hagan por escrito a través de correo electrónico emitido por el hotel. 9. No se considera reservada una habitación o cabaña hasta que el pago sea hecho y enviado una confirmación por el hotel. Cancelaciones |Reembolsos: Las cancelaciones y reembolsos, estarán sujetos a aprobación de acuerdo al tipo de reservación y la temporada. Todos los cambios de fecha estarán sujetos a disponibilidad y con las mismas condiciones de las cancelaciones. Políticas de cancelación reservas individuales del 01 mayo al 31 de octubre · Las cancelaciones recibidas quince (15) días antes de la fecha de arribo del cliente: sin penalidad aplicada. · Las cancelaciones hechas entre ocho a catorce (8 a 14) días antes de la fecha de arribo del cliente: se aplicará una penalidad del 50% sobre el total de la reservación. · Las cancelaciones recibidas a menos de siete (7) días antes de la fecha de arribo del cliente, o en caso de “no presentarse”: el total del cargo de la estadía será aplicado. 8
