If you’re on a journey to find your confidence keep going
for you are a flower even if you feel like a weed.
If the flower next to you is prettier, then so be it,
for a flower doesn’t need to be better than the flower next
to it to bloom.
If you happen to run into a cuckoo along the way,
remember that one day you will see a peacock.
It may be in the south,
where the light shines so bright,
or it may be in the East where the sun starts to rise.
If you are patient on your journey,
you will see the sun.
The fog will soon lift,
revealing the ladder
you’ve been longing for.
