AAA Consultancy is the first National (Egyptian) Chartered practice to
provide Cost Management / Quantity Surveying and Management
Consultancy services being a member of and regulated by the Royal
Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the world’s leading
professional body in property and construction industry. We are also
member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), the world's
leading professional body for promoting alternative dispute resolution
(ADR). This global recognition ensures that all activities of the business
are managed with the best and highest educational and development
standards, internationally recognised qualifications, professional
guidelines, codes of conduct and regulatory procedures.
How We Operate
From a strategic point of view, AAA works across a wide range of sectors
and clients, Investors / Developers in real estate or industrial sectors,
Banks / Funders and Architects / Project Managers, having the ability
to adapt to all market conditions in delivering state-of-the-art services
that match all stakeholders’ needs. The company provides professional
services that extend from Cost Management to include Due Diligence
reports, Valuation and Funder / Client representative. Furthermore, we

MRICS MCIArb MBA, has been part of the RICS MENA QS & Construction Board for six years being concerned
with all issues related to the construction industry in the MENA region.
As part of the recognition of his high contribution to the industry, and after his initiative to
establish the presence of RICS in Egypt, He has been selected as Chair of Egypt Advisory Board
of the RICS reporting to the RICS Strategy Head and Chair of the Middle East and Africa MAP
Board (who reports into the Governing Council “GC” and the World Regional Board “WRB”).
