INTRODUCTION
As my first professional experience, I had the opportunity to work with Gökhan Aksoy
Architects Office as a junior architect, primarily on residential gated communities and
government buildings. During my first months, I prepared the layout plans to be
submitted to the municipality. Later on, I joined the design team and was assigned the
creation of concept design and delivery of the preliminary project.

LIMA VILLAS-1
Lima Villas-1 is a gated community consisting of 13
individual villas. It is located in a residential district
Yaşamkent, Ankara.
Where I took part in:
· Modelling of the villa site in Revit.
· Facade design in Rhinoceros.
· Layout plans to be submitted to the
municipality through Revit.

Lima Villas-2 is a gated community consisting of 11 individual villas. It is located in a residential district
İncek, Ankara.

HASBAHCE LUXURY VILLAS
Hasbahce Luxury Villas is a gated community consisting of 20 individual villas and a commercial building
on the boulevard front. There are 5 types of villas ranging between 600 m 2 -1300 m 2 of plot area each. It is
located in a newly developing residential district İncek, Ankara.
Where I took part in:
· Conseptual design and spatial planning in AutoCAD.
· Facade design in Rhinoceros.
· Site plan and landscape design
· Preliminary Project Submission
The project aims to offer high quality privacy through the separation of living areas and common areas
such as the kitchen. While the façades facing the road are kept solid, the ones facing the front garden
are kept rather transparent considering the climatization.

BLEDA HOUSING ESTATE
Bleda Housing Estate is a gated community consisting of 20 individual villas, condomium with duplex and
flat apartements, a social facility building and commercial buildings on the boulevard front. It is located
in Beytepe, Ankara.
Where I took part in:
· Conseptual design and spatial planning in AutoCAD.
· Site plan and landscape design
· Preliminary Project Submission
The project is located on a sloped land. In order to provide the optimal garden area for each shareholder,
a terraced solution is proposed. The social facility building is placed at the center for privacy and
accessibility reasons. The condomium has a seperate entrance. The vehicle circulation is kept underground.

AKSU HOUSING ESTATE
Aksu Housing Estate is a gated community consisting of individual villas, attached houses, a social facility
building and a restaurant. The project includes two non-adjacent parcels. Yet, many parcels in the same
region belongs to the client. Therefore the proposal for the two parcels foresee a further development
that creates a green corridor and has a holistic approach form an urban scale. The below parcel,
shaped triangular, extends a branch towards Aksu stream on the East in the form of a deck. The
municipal regulations obliged the buildings to have hipped roof in harmony with the vernacular
architecture. It is located in the tourism capital of Turkey, Antalya.
