A GREAT DAY

Last weekend Something really
funny happened. It was Saturday
morning and my sister and I were
getting ready to go to the grocery
store with my mother. When we
were almost ready, my mother
suddenly stopped and searched
her bag. She did not leave the
house without her umbrella in
addition to the number of objects
she was carrying. right away, we
asked her what was going on, and
she took out from her bag an old
coupon, she looked a bit surprised,
but she saved it and she did not tell
us anything, but we went to the
grocery store.
By the way, on the way we picked
up Niko, a great friend. All the way
he told us about a dream, his
dreams were always crazy, he
dreamed of following the
coordinates of a pirate map, until he
met a kraken and at that moment
he woke up, my mother and I
laughed at his adventures.
My sister was very happy in the
grocery store. It is her favorite place,
she took the market cart and went
through the list with my mother while
I was embarrassed because I had to
carry my mother's bag, and that
moment my mom shows me the
coupon, what a big surprise when we
read the coupon, I think we’ve never
been so lucky before, even if the
coupon was old, it was clearly, we
had a discount of 85% in all our
groceries. What a great day.

We left the store and my mother invited
us to eat ice creams. She knew that was
the reason for us to accompany her and
at that moment a thief was robbing a
young woman, my mother saw him and
the moment the thief passed by us She
hit him with her bag, the poor man was
lying on the floor while the security of the
place caught him, and my mom and
her super bag were the heroes.
When we were at home, we saw the news, and
the surprise was greater when the news was
broadcast on TV, the lady who had knocked out
the thief with her bag, that day was really
unrealistic, for sure, but we were safe and now it
sounds funny because we were really lucky that
day. My mom prepared the favorite dish by
Niko, octopus with vegetables, for his amazing
dream.
