Tachi's Wine takes its origin from the
idea of upgrading our admired red
liquid to the level of ART.
The words like texture, nuance, tone or
harmony are commonly used to describe
good wine, while they are proper for the
painting vocabulary.
TYPE OF WINE: Crianza.
ORIGIN: Jumilla.
VARIETY: Monastrell.
ELABORATION: Fermentation traditionally
during 12 days followed by crianza during
12 months in an oak barrel.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Red meat and bushmeat,
stews and very cured cheese.
SERVE: Between 16-18º C.
TASTE: Aged red, powerful and tasty with roasted and
smoked notes from its aging in oak, which perfectly
respects and combines with the varietal flavour of
matured fruits of Monastrell.

Tachi was born in Altea, Alicante, in 1973.
Since he expressed an early interest in the
plastic arts, he studied Fine Arts in Valencia.
After organizing and participating various
initiatives in Valencia, he returns to Altea. He
alternates his job as a teacher with the
presence at local fairs and events, such as the
summer fair-exhibition in Altea. This event is
visited by a quantity of tourists, which allows
him to promote his work not only in Spain but
also abroad.
Little by Little he started to focus his work on
large portraits, which on some occasions are
created in a creative and astonishing
performance around the world in front of a
live audience, turning his painting into a show.
