2. Fotoprotección total: antes, durante y
hasta doce meses después del tratamiento.
Luego podrá plantearse una reintroducción
gradual de la exposición de la piel del
paciente al sol (hay autores que abogan por
una fotoprotección total de por vida).
3. Prevención de complicaciones infecciosas:
según sea la agresividad del procedimiento:
pauta profiláctica de reactivaciones
herpéticas (aciclovir, valaciclovir, etc.) y
pauta profiláctica de infecciones bacterianas
(ciprofloxacina, etc.).
4. Algún tipo de anestesia durante el
procedimiento.
5. Eliminación de detritus con gasas
húmedas (preferibles a los bastoncillos).
6. Cura abierta o cerrada.
7. Una vez finalizado el procedimiento
de reepitelizadón, administración tópica
de antibioticoterapia (gentamicina),
fotoprotección total, hidratantes,
despigmentantes (hidroquinona).
