Las reformas educativas en la formación pedagógica del normalista rural

Abstract

This research is circumscribed in the socio-critical qualitative paradigm, which raises the need for a

substantive rationality that includes the judgments, values ​and interests of those involved, as well as

their commitment to socio-educational transformation. The method used was the historical hermeneutic,

it is proposed to understand education in its historical-cultural context from which it is split.

Hermeneutics understands and interprets the internal motives of human action, through free processes

that are not structured but systematized, which have their source in humanist philosophy; It allows

the full acquisition of the meaning of texts in different contexts and key informants. This investigation

revolved around the origin and evolution of the pedagogical training of the students of the Normal

Rural School. “Vasco de Quiroga”, from Tiripetío, Michoacán. A historical tour of the Normalism in

Michoacán [1915 1922] and of the evolution of the pedagogical formation proposed by the different

educational reforms throughout the history of this teacher training institution was carried out. Theoretical

assumption of the research: reforms or educational counter reforms favored the initial training

of the student of the Normal of Tiripetío. The categories of analysis of this research: history of the

Normal School “Vasco de Quiroga”, teacher training, and pedagogical training.
