un restaurante creado por Tanja Solci, Carlo Cracco y Nicola
Fanti. En él se ofrece alta gastronomía italiana y otras
propuestas tradicionales reinterpretadas bajo un ambiente
rústico e industrial, pero minimalista y elegante. El espacio
es un antiguo aserradero que data de 1929, pero gracias a
la creatividad de Tanja –directora, curadora y diseñadora–
se logró construir un lugar mágico donde conviven la
historia, la gastronomía y el arte.
Carlo e Camila in Segheria is a restaurant based in Milan,
Italia. This place is the result of the determination of Tanja
Solci, Carlo Cracco, and Nicola anti. They offer talian
Haute cuisine dishes and they are also capable of presenting
more traditional plates. The dinner guests are enjoying not
only the delicious menu but the rustic yet fancy, minimalist
atmosphere that evolves the place. Solci is a breathtaking art
director, curator and designer and its thanks to her creativity
that they were able to transform an old sawmill that has
more than eighty years of existence in a place where gastronomy,
history and art fuse together.
