• Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Engagement, Belastbarkeit auch bei hohem Arbeitsanfall
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Sehr gute Spanischkenntnisse
• Sehr gute MS Office- und gute SAP-Kenntnisse
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen

The Junior Performance Marketing Manager position plays an important role in the
development of NFON as the European market leader for B2B cloud telephony. The job is based
at NFON Headquarter in Munich.
You will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of digital, performance driven
marketing initiatives that have direct impact on our revenues. The campaigns will be coordinated
for the German market as well as for other European markets. You will work closely together
with the Digital Marketing Manager and the whole marketing team.
Your Profil:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• You already have first experience in performance / online marketing, ideally in an international environment
• You are an innovator in the digital marketing environment and are willing to improve every day
• You have deep knowledge of digital marketing tools
• You have a KPI based thinking and understanding of digital marketing measures
• You are structured and able to execute multiple tasks in parallel
• You are fluent in English, German or Spanish skills of an advantage
• You want to move things forward
