RESPUESTA AL SISTEMA<br />
Respuesta al Sistema is a music band coming<br />
from Bucaramanga Santander residents in the<br />
popular neighborhood Coaviconsa, this band<br />
was formed in 2006, in the last year they have<br />
accomplished a plenty growth. Its leader is<br />
Christiam Caballero provides a unique style<br />
to the band thanks to his loud sounds and<br />
Mohican haircut which is a total visual spectacle;<br />
next to him are Mauricio Reyes (second<br />
vocals), Francisco Herrera (drums), Christian<br />
Osorio (chorus and bass) and Alejandro Paipa<br />
(guitars).<br />
Metal. Dissonance and beat enrich the<br />
texture of their sounds. Anyway, they have<br />
developed a really spectacular sound admired<br />
by a lot of artists, musicians, engineers,<br />
and the largest punk rock performers<br />
in Colombia.<br />
2014; 2015 and 2016 beginnings have<br />
been demanding years; they have played<br />
almost every weekend in different places,<br />
fulling cities in order to drive the band to<br />
They have a three song EP<br />
produced independently and<br />
are working in their first<br />
album titled: “Con todos los<br />
Fierros”. Their songs have a<br />
lot of acceptance in the audience<br />
because their lyrics<br />
aren’t about a “dope punk”<br />
rather they sing to daily life,<br />
the friends, the community, at<br />
the same time they are aware<br />
about social-political context<br />
in Colombia. They have made<br />
the decision to rise a symbol<br />
of inspiration fostering freedom,<br />
love and fun of moti-<br />
vational original songs composed on a poetic<br />
sense, their creations are spontaneous, fresh,<br />
contemporary, full of universal value.<br />
The band has a clear horizon: “Don’t hold<br />
back their aesthetic behind strict tags or common<br />
music rules”.<br />
Though their musical basis is “punk rock” they<br />
have been influenced by Hardcore chords and<br />
melodic rhythms- undeniable roots of rockeven<br />
making an incursion in Latin Power<br />
the next level in 2017, at this time they<br />
firmed with the independent record label<br />
“Psychophony Records”, a prestigious<br />
record label who has an excellent rock and<br />
metal catalogue with the brightest works<br />
of national bands such as Masacre, Darkness,<br />
Ekhymosis (their records and trash<br />
metal demos) and Kraken(famous band of<br />
deceased Elkin Ramirez) .<br />
