HEALTHY<br />
In our team, we aren´t healthy, but we´re<br />
not so unhealthy. We usually do exercise,<br />
Odalys and Jorge go swimming three<br />
times a week in the morning. Edgar and<br />
Fanny go running at the weekend, in the<br />
morning.<br />
Sometimes we eat Healthy food (e.g. fruit,<br />
vegetables, water) and sometimes (or<br />
always) we eat junk food and processed<br />
food (e.g. hamburgers, pizza, chips, cookies,<br />
etc.). We always go to bed late, we think<br />
it is bad for our health.<br />
Nobody is a vegetarian because we like<br />
meat and seafood (e.g. pork, beef, shrimp,<br />
etc.)<br />
We shouldn´t eat junk food and we should<br />
do more exercise to have a healthy life. We<br />
also should eat more fruit, vegetables and<br />
healthy food.<br />
Next week, we are eating more healthy food<br />
and doing more exercise.<br />
HABITS<br />
Our Grandparent´s Lifestyle<br />
We asked our grandparents about their<br />
lifestyle when they were our age, and<br />
this is what we found. Our grandparents<br />
told us that at that time, they ate natural<br />
food and they usually did excersice,<br />
because there was not a lot of<br />
technology and there was not any<br />
internet.<br />
<strong>Al</strong>so, they told us that they walked large<br />
distances, because there were very few<br />
cars. Some of our grandfahters played<br />
football, for example: Fanny’s<br />
grandfather played on the Athletic team.<br />
At that time, there was not any processed<br />
food or fast food. <strong>Al</strong>so they told us that<br />
at that time, they had to search their own<br />
information in a library for their school’s<br />
homeworks.<br />
